Woody Allen’s ‘A Rainy Day in New York’ has been shelved by Amazon, stating that ‘No release date has ever been set for the film’. The Film starring, Selena Gomez, Elle Fanning, Heartthrob Timothée Chalamet and more, was filmed last Fall, before the Harvey Weinstein accusations created the #MeToo movement. Although Woody Allen’s daughter Dylan Farrow had already exposed his father on The New York Times, Amazon still negotiated a deal with Woody Allen’s team, consisting of $20 million dollars per project, including a TV Series starring Miley Cyrus. Later streamed through Amazon Video. Similar to Allen’s situation, Louis CK ‘I Love You, Daddy’ was also never released. Is unknown if the film will ever be streamed online.
